Laura has over 20 years’ experience in recruitment and people management. Her multi award-winning business has an enviable client base from UK household names through to global enterprises.

Laura is a qualified business coach who’s worked with a range of entrepreneurs, business leaders, and SME owners. She’s coached clients in Japan, Singapore, Canada, South Africa, USA as well as closer to home in the UK. She also runs training workshops on recruiting, onboarding, and engagement across Europe, and is a qualified flow and performance consultant.
